Estudio las conformaciones de proteínas en su ambiente nativo. Utilizo técnicas biofísicas y de biología molecular y celular, en particular Resonancia Magnética Nuclear en células vivas (In-cell RMN) y microscopía confocal. También estudio el establecimiento de modificaciones post-transduccionales en proteínas y como las mismas modulan su estructura, actividad y localización intracelular. Los estudios se centran en proteínas con capacidad de formar agregados amiloides y proteinas redox que están involucradas en el desarrollo de enfermedades neurodegenerativas y cardíacas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
