Mi línea de investigación propone analizar los entramados socio-jurídicos que estructuran las respuestas al problema ecológico. Este enfoque se desarrolla en diálogo con otras áreas de conocimiento, en particular la sociología y la antropología, a fin de contribuir a la elaboración de herramientas regulatorias e institucionales. En este marco, la investigación examina innovaciones jurídicas emergentes en América Latina vinculadas con la justicia ecológica, nuevas formas de litigación y desafíos... Mi línea de investigación propone analizar los entramados socio-jurídicos que estructuran las respuestas al problema ecológico. Este enfoque se desarrolla en diálogo con otras áreas de conocimiento, en particular la sociología y la antropología, a fin de contribuir a la elaboración de herramientas regulatorias e institucionales. En este marco, la investigación examina innovaciones jurídicas emergentes en América Latina vinculadas con la justicia ecológica, nuevas formas de litigación y desafíos en la implementación del Acuerdo de Escazú. Asimismo, indaga en el funcionamiento del derecho del extractivismo, enfatizando en las tensiones entre la expansión de estas actividades y la vigencia de principios estructurantes del derecho ambiental -como los principios de no regresión y precautorio-, así como en las configuraciones normativas que las habilitan y sostienen mediante tratados de inversión y procesos de regresión en la tutela ambiental.
