Durante la formación de grado y post-grado,desarrolleexperticias en la evolución de las sociedades prehistoricas.Especificamente, desarrollé estudios acerca de la subsistencia humana en la región de Cuyo, focalizados en entender el consumo de fauna y uso del espacio en esta región. Para ello desarrollé estudios zooarqueológicos, tafonómicos y de isótopos estables considerando escalas espaciales amplias, que involucran ambientes cordilleranos, pedemontanos y de planicies.
