Soy bióloga especializada en ecología microbiana, con enfoque en el estudio de la diversidad, estructura y funcionamiento de los ensambles microbianos (bacterias, arqueas, microeucariontes y virus) en respuesta a cambios ambientales, tanto en ecosistemas naturales como en sistemas antropizados. Mi línea de investigación en Ecología y Bioprospección Microbiana Ambiental se orienta al análisis de los microbiomas desde una perspectiva ecológica y funcional, con el objetivo de comprender los bienes y servicios ecosistémicos que brindan, desarrollar estrategias para su conservación y promover su aprovechamiento en un marco de sostenibilidad. Poseo experiencia en técnicas de secuenciación masiva (metgenómica), cultivo de microorganismos y enfoques de ecología molecular. Además, cuento con formación en bioinformática y análisis de datos, empleando herramientas computacionales y estadísticas avanzadas para el procesamiento e interpretación de información microbiológica con aplicaciones tanto en ecología como en biotecnología ambiental. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
