Realicé mi doctorado en la identificación de antígenos de hemoparásitos del ganado bovino desarrollando experiencia en herramientas de análisis de ADN, ARN y proteínas, análisis bioinformáticos y filogenéticos. Luego realicé mi posdoctorado en la identificación molecular de parásitos gastrointestinales y sus hospedadores mamíferos silvestres de Argentina desde el final del Pleistoceno hasta la actualidad. En este sentido contribuí a la optimización de protocolos de análisis de ADN antiguo de coprolitos y sus restos parasitarios generando los primeros datos genómicos antiguos de parásitos y mamíferos para Argentina. En los últimos años como Investigadora adjunta la línea de investigación "Estudios moleculares en heces de mamíferos de la Patagonia y el Noroeste Argentino", me he insertado en una problemática arqueológica y paleontológica trabajando de manera interdisciplinaria, aportando una base de conocimientos en el diseño metodológico y su aplicación contextual y explorando nuevas líneas de análisis de biomarcadores fecales a través del análisis de lípidos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
