Durante mi doctorado, adquirí experiencia en técnicas inmunológicas, cultivo celular, citometría de flujo y manejo de animales de experimentación. Posteriormente, en mi posdoctorado, integré técnicas cromatográficas para el aislamiento de productos naturales a partir de plantas y realicé ensayos de bioactividad. Actualmente, estoy desarrollando una plataforma de cribado para evaluar drogas que puedan aumentar la presentación cruzada de antígenos en células dendríticas. Tengo amplia experiencia en el estudio de los eventos intracelulares involucrados en el proceso de presentación cruzada de antígenos, así como en la iniciación de la respuesta inmune adaptativa. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
