Formación doctoral y posdoctoral: estudio de vías de señalización intracelulares inducidas por nucleótidos purinérgicos en células mamarias. Técnicas empleadas: mantenimiento de cultivos celulares, diseño experimental, implementación de técnicas de biología molecular (Western Blot, transfección, citometría de flujo, análisis espectrofotométricos, medición de calcio intracelular, microscopía óptica y confocal). Investigación actual: estudios básicos y aplicados en microalgas. Técnicas aplicadas: aislamiento de microalgas de recursos hídricos, mantenimiento de cultivos microalgales, Western blot, determinaciones espectrofotométricas para análisis de composición bioquimica, análisis cromatográfico, citometría de flujo, microscopía óptica y confocal, análisis de citotoxicidad, entre otros. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
