Durante mi desarrollo profesional me he desempeñado en el área de microbiología, particularmente del área de bacteriología. Entre las técnicas que he realizado se mencionan determinación de actividad antibacteriana de antimicrobianos de uso clínico y nuevos compuestos de síntesis, técnicas de selección y biotipificación de cepas,determinación de especies reactivas del oxígeno y del nitrógeno, determinación de macromoléculas oxidadas, purificación de ADN bacteriano, técnicas de espectrofluorometría, determinación de nucleósidos oxidados por HPLC, cuantificación de peróxidos lipídicos y determinación de capacidad antioxidante en bacterias, técnicas de quimioluminiscencia y microscopía de fluorescencia, entre otras. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
