Me doctoré en Antropología por la Universidad de Buenos Aires en 2006, con Tesis titulada "De centauros a protegidos. La construcción del sujeto de la política indigenista argentina a través de los debates parlamentarios", dirigida por la Dra. Claudia Briones. Desde 1994 soy Docente de la UBA, y desde 2016 soy Profesora Titular Simple, además de haber dictado Seminarios de Posgrado en varias universidades nacionales. En 2007 ingresé en Carrera del Investigador de CONICET y desde 2014 estoy en categoría Independiente. Dirijo proyectos grupales de investigación acreditados por la UBA y el FONCYT desde 2006. A lo largo de mi carrera he procurado desarrollar un modelo teórico que relacione las prácticas y discursos del movimiento político indígena en nuestro país con la historia de sus relaciones con la política indigenista regional en el marco de diversas y sucesivas formas de construcción de ciudadanía. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
