Mi área de experticia es el estudio de la relación entre estructura y función de proteínas de Pseudomonas aeruginosa involucradas en el metabolismo de colina y que tienen una relación directa o indirecta con la virulencia de la bacteria. Para ello realizo abordajes bioquímicos, bioinformáticos, biofísicos y moleculares mediante técnicas tales como mutación sitio-dirigida, deleción génica, expresión y purificación de proteínas, fusión transcripcional a genes reporteros, cinética enzimática, simulación molecular (principalmente modelado molecular y docking) *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
