Mis estudios se centran en la síntesis de nanopartículas de semiconductores y poliméricas con potenciales aplicaciones como marcadores luminiscentes, fotocatálizadores y sensores. Además en el estudio del comportamiento fotofísico y fotoquímico de moléculas orgánicas en sistemas confinados. Las técnicas usuales empleadas son la espectroscopía de absorción y fluorescencia, la técnica de fotólisis de destello láser, dispersión dinámica de luz, y en fotopolimerizaciones.
