En el área de sonoluminiscencia he desarrollado habilidades en el campo de la acústica, física de fluidos y plasmas. He desarrollado distintas técnicas interferométricas para la determinación del avance de un líquido en estructuras nanoporosas y actualmente me especializo en aplicaciones optofluídicas en sistemas que combinan estructuras nanoporosas y microcanales. También realizo investigación básica y aplicada en el área de microfluídica basada en papel.
