Research Skills Molecular Biology: PCR, RT-PCR, real time PCR, chIP,Southern/Northern/Western Blot; nuclear run on assay, DNA cloning, protein expression and purification, design and production of virus-like particles (VLPs). Cellular Biology: Parasites cultivation (Giardia lamblia, Trichomonas vaginalis, Entamoeba histolytica), general cell culture, light/epifluorescence/confocal microscopy, monoclonal antibodies production. Immunology: Multicolor Flow Cytometry, ELISA, ELISpot, cell proliferation assays, intracellular cytokine staining, direct and indirect immunofluorescence, experience with mice/gerbils models. Teaching: I enjoy teaching students in the classroom, transmitting theoretical knowledge as well manual skills at the laboratory bench. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
