Actualmente nuestro laboratorio estudia el rol de la vía PLD como posible blanco terapéutico para patologías inflamatorias oculares. A lo largo de mi formación científica he adquirido entrenamiento en técnicas relacionadas al aislamiento, purificación y cuantificación de lípidos (cromatografías en capa fina y gaseosa), medición de actividades enzimáticas utilizando sustratos radioactivos, western blot, cultivo celular, manejo de animales de laboratorio, fraccionamiento subcelular, qPCR, inmunoc... Actualmente nuestro laboratorio estudia el rol de la vía PLD como posible blanco terapéutico para patologías inflamatorias oculares.
