El ADN regulatorio de los genomas regula la expresión génica. En mi grupo investigamos la arquitectura y evolución del ADN regulatorio. Utilizamos distintas especies del género Drosophila (moscas del vinagre) como modelo experimental. Nuestro enfoque metodológico está basado en técnicas de ingeniería genética, secuenciación masiva, microscopía óptica y confocal, y análisis computacionales.
