My research focused on aspects of Community Ecology, including the ecology, evolution and behaviors of insect-plant interactions. For the past several years, the focus of my work has been on impacts of habitat degradation (e.g., grazing, fragmentation) on ant-plant interactions, as well as on the ecology, behavior and impact of leaf-cutting ants on vinyears of Argentina.
