Trabajo en el área de la tuberculosis tanto humana como animal. Abordamos los temas de investigación desde ambos enfoques: los patógenos y los hospedadores. Nuestras líneas de trabajo tiene como objetivo principal el entendimiento de los mecanismos que se activan en la interacción de las micobacterias patógenas con sus hopedadores naturales. Asimismo, trabajamos en en desarrollo de herramientas de control de la tuberculosis animal, como la generación de nuevas vacunas.
