Mi experiencia incluye resolución mediante RMN de la estructura de una proteína libre y acomplejada con ADN. Asimismo, el estudio de propiedades dinámicas, intercambio e interacción de ambas especies (proteína y ADN) ha sido caracterizado por RMN, CD, micro calorimetría, fluorimetría y espectrometría de masa. La expresión y purificación de proteínas tanto salvajes como mutadas y/o marcadas isotópicamente han sido producidas por mí, con y sin el uso de un fermentador. También modelado por homología, simulaciones de dinámica molecular clásica y avanzada, herramientas de biología sintética y biología de sistemas.
