Mi campo de investigación es la Psiconeuroinmunogía. He adquirido experiencia en manipulación e inyección (subcutánea e intraperitoneal) de ratones. He aprendido disección de cerebro, hipocampo, zona subventricular, nódulos linfáticos (axilares, inguinales y mesentéricos) y bazo. Extracción de sangre y obtención de plasma en ratones. Poseo experiencia en pruebas conductuales como open field, passive avoidence, Y maze, object recognition test, Barnes Maze y object in-place task. Experiencia en cultivo primario de linfocitos y de células progenitoras neurales. Manejo de técnicas de histología e inmunohistoquímica, western blot, PCR, ELISA y citometría de flujo. He realizado determinación de especies reactivas del oxígeno (ROS) y catecolaminas por fluorometría, de las enzimas catalasa, superóxido dismutasa y glutatión por fotometría y actividad de las enzimas óxido nítrico sintasa (NOS) y proteína quinasa C (PKC). Experiencia en trabajo con material radioactivo. Formación en ética en investigación con seres humanos y animales de experimentación. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
