Denise León es Doctora en Letras y Especialista en Gestión en Tecnologías Culturales. Obtuvo el ingreso a la Carrera del Investigador del CONICET en 2008 y 2014 fue promovida a la categoría de Investigadora Adjunta. A lo largo de su desempeño como becaria y luego como investigadora ha desarrollado una línea sostenida de investigación en torno al sujeto poético en la poesía latinoamericana y argentina contemporáneas. Su trabajo se ha concentrado principalmente en cruzar ciertos núcleos teóricos siendo los más destacables la autofiguración, la tradición judía, el género y más recientemente la enfermedad y la biopolítica. Actualmente se encuentra trabajando sobre las problemáticas del cuerpo y la enfermedad en poetas latinoamericanos contemporáneos a partir de la idea de testimonio y del cuestionamiento del dispositivo de la persona. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
