Tanto durante mi trabajo de formación doctoral (Universidad de La Plata) como post-doctoral (Universidad de La Plata y Universidad de Lausana, Suiza) me especialicé en la utilización de herramientas de biología molecular y de genómica aplicadas a diferentes campos como la biosíntesis de ácidos grasos insaturados, triglicéridos, y al estudio de diferentes modelos patológicos de diabetes, fibrosis hepática, cáncer hepático y de mama.
