La línea de investigación desarrollada se vincula con la historia social de la justicia en espacios subnacionales, con especial énfasis en la intervención de los profesionales del derecho en el siglo XX. La articulación entre justicia y culturas legales en diferentes regímenes de gobierno constituye un eje estudio central en la formulación de los problemas de investigación de los proyectos y equipos de trabajo a mi cargo.
