Llevo 20 años investigando en nanomedicinas. Me entrené en el diseño, preparación y caracterización físicoquímica de nanopartículas incorporando drogas lipofílicas o hidrofilias o antígenos como uso terapéutico o profiláctico. Me perfeccioné en técnicas analíticas (dispersión de la luz polarizada, cromatografías, HPLC, espectroscopias, FTIR, electroforesis) y microscópicas. Me capacité en la determinación de viabilidad, ensayo de captura, testeo de actividad antioxidante y antiinflamatoria de c... Llevo 20 años investigando en nanomedicinas. Me entrené en el diseño, preparación y caracterización físicoquímica de nanopartículas incorporando drogas lipofílicas o hidrofilias o antígenos como uso terapéutico o profiláctico. Me perfeccioné en técnicas analíticas (dispersión de la luz polarizada, cromatografías, HPLC, espectroscopias, FTIR, electroforesis) y microscópicas. Me capacité en la determinación de viabilidad, ensayo de captura, testeo de actividad antioxidante y antiinflamatoria de células eucariotas. También, realice cocultivos 3D de modelo intestinal inflamado. Asimismo, me interiorice en ensayos sobre piel humana (penetración). Lleve a cabo ensayos in vivo en ratones administrándole nps por via tópica, im, sc, ip determinando biodistribución, farmacocinética y cuantificando anticuerpos y citoquinas por ELISA y citometría de flujo. Además, tengo experiencia en cultivo de arqueas hiperhalófilas y extracción de sus lípidos. Perfeccionándome en enfermedades oculares, intestinales, pulmonares e inflamatorias. Asimismo, estoy incursionando en el área agro pesticidas.
