Celeste Medrano es Licenciada en Biodiversidad de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral (2006) es doctora en Antropología de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (2013) y diplomada en artes por la UNA y la UMSA. Sus investigaciones se han centrado en la zoología de diversos grupos sociales en general y de los qom en particular, trabaja específicamente con animalidades, vegetalidades, etnografías multiespecies y vitalidades otras. Así mismo, emprende, desde hace un tiempo, prácticas artísticas vinculadas a sus procesos investigativos. Ha publicado cerca de 47 artículos en revistas indexadas, 28 capítulos de libro y 6 libros. Actualmente, se desempeña como Investigadora Adjunta del Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET) en el Instituto de Ciencias Antropológicas (ICA), de la Universidad de Buenos Aires e integra el SPECTRA (Laboratorio de Antropología Especulativa). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
