Tengo experiencia en el área de la biotecnología vegetal incluyendo múltiples actividades como Optimización y aplicación de técnicas de Diagnóstico molecular de enfermedades; Caracterización y estimación de la diversidad de patógenos fungicos, bacterianos y virales mediante marcadores moleculares y secuenciación; Caracterización molecular de genotipos y estimación del grado de hibridez; Mapeo asociativo empleando marcadores moleculares AFLP, SSR, DArT; Obtención de proteínas recombinantes; Construcción de vectores de transformación.
