Desde 1998 investigo en ecología y control de mosquitos vectores. También trabajé en control de plagas de importancia forestal. Fui pasante remunerado, tesista de grado y becario doctoral y posdoctoral con becas de CONICET y UBA. Realicé tareas en el ámbito privado (empresas forestales), y en el estatal (UBA-GCBA). Ingresé a la CIC del CONICET en 2015 con una línea de investigación en control de culícidos de importancia sanitaria mediante el uso de medidas de control de bajo impacto ambiental. Para ello cuento con financiamiento propio (PICT joven 2014-3217; PICT GEF 2019-2724) y formo parte del grupo responsable de otros proyectos. Participo de proyectos interdisciplinarios, tanto de investigación en territorio (Diagnóstico de riesgo sanitario en San Martín, subsidio de UNSAM), como proyectos de extensión (Humedales urbanos, subsidio del Min. de Educación) con escuelas secundarias de San Martín y G. de Laferrere. Mediante un convenio de cooperación con el Municipio de Tigre (2016), realizo diversas actividades con agentes de salud y la comunidad para la prevención del dengue. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
