Lidero líneas sobre: (i) reprogramación de células madre mesenquimales (MSC) con fitocannabinoides para potenciar su secretoma pro-regenerativo (piel/cicatrización); (ii) biología espermática (reacción acrosomal, chaperonas, O-GlcNAc y capacitación). Estudio los mecanismos por los cuales los fitocannabinoides modulan procesos celulares, busco nuevas dianas terapéuticas y optimizo estrategias existentes, habilitando intervenciones innovadoras y seguras. Ofrezco I+D, ensayos in vitro (HUVEC, migración/tubulogénesis), qPCR/Western blot, diseño y análisis estadístico, y vinculación con salud y dermocosmética. Experiencia en clonación, expresión y purificación de proteínas recombinantes; Western/Dot blot, inmunofluorescencia; cultivos celulares, viabilidad y migración; microscopía óptica, de fluorescencia y confocal; citometría de flujo. Interés en codesarrollo, licenciamiento y servicios tecnológicos (STAN).
