My research experience is based on 15 years of experience --as PhD student, assistant, and supervisor --in several multi- and interdisciplinary projects with an emphasis on aquatic ecology and biological invasions. My major achievements to date include two main topics: the analysis of the bio-ecological responses of aquatic species to environmental heterogeneity and the effects of parasites on the biology and ecology of aquatic mollusks. Recently, I joined to the ecological and evolutionary genetics and group? at the Centre d'Ecologie Fonctionnelle & Evolutive (CEFE-CNRS, Montpellier, France). I expanded my field research and skills by participating in different studies that analyzed the evolutionary biology of resource allocation in simultaneous hermaphroditic freshwater snails. *Información suministrada por el agente en SIGEVA
