El objetivo general del presente proyecto es evaluar la eficacia de diferentes alternativas terapéuticas farmacológicas para limitar o reducir el proceso neuroinflamatorio desencadenado luego de la LME en su fase más temprana posible. Nos proponemos estudiar el rol de la señalización purinérgica mediada por los receptores P2X4 y P2X7 en el daño secundario desencadenado luego de una lesión química de la médula espinal, analizando su participación en la generación de alteraciones motoras (cambios en sincronicidad y alternancia en la marcha) y sensitivas (dolor neuropático). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
