Durante mi desarrollo profesional en las Cs. Biológicas adquirí conocimientos de diferentes áreas de la Biología, Genética, Física, Química y de áreas más específicas como la Inmunología, Bioinformática y Biometría. Debido a mi orientación en Biología Molecular y mi experiencia en investigación, he aprendido a realizar numerosas técnicas como la electroforesis, gradientes, distintos tipos de PCR, técnicas de purificación de ácidos nucleicos, inmunohistoquímicas, ensayos de ELISA, citometrías. Durante mi desarrollo profesional en las Cs. Biológicas adquirí conocimientos de diferentes áreas de la Biología, Genética, Física, Química y de áreas más específicas como la Inmunología, Bioinformática y Biometría. Debido a mi orientación en Biología Molecular y mi experiencia en investigación, he aprendido a realizar numerosas técnicas como la electroforesis, gradientes, distintos tipos de PCR, técnicas de purificación de ácidos nucleicos, inmunohistoquímicas, ensayos de ELISA, citometrías. Tengo experiencia en el manejo de animales de experimentación y cultivos celulares. Realizo inoculación de células tumorales en modelos murinos, extracciones de sangre, administración de drogas y análisis de toxicidad. Actualmente trabajo como becario doctoral CONICET en un proyecto de investigación en el cual buscamos evaluar el impacto de la mutación de la enzima isocitrato deshidrogenasa 1/2 en la inmunidad antitumoral en glioma. Por ello, realizo cirugías intracraneales para el implante de neuroesferas en ratones y su posterior análisis mediante cortes en criostato.
