Realicé mi tesina de licenciatura en Linfoma de Hodgkin buscando marcadores de pronóstico y diagnósticos para su posible aplicación para tratamientos en la clínica. Utilicé técnicas de inmunohistoquímica, western Blot, realicé inclusión de tejidos y cortes con micrótomo. Además manejo las técnicas de biología molecular como extración de ADN, ARN, PCR. Durante este trabajo gané amplia experiencia en el cultivo de lineas celulares, así como en el aislamiento y cultivo de diferentes poblaciones celulares sanguíneas como monocitos, linfocitos y neutrófilos a partir de sangre periférica de dadores sanos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
