Los materiales obtenidos son caracterizados de manera integral, incluyendo XRR, DRX, SEM,TEM, EDS, Raman, FTIR, UV-Vis, Reflectancia, Fotoluminiscencia, Conductividad, C-V, EIS, Fotocorrientes, con el fin de optimizar su rendimiento en dispositivos funcionales.
