Trabaja en la línea de investigación de "Alimentación, Salud Intercultural y Sociedades" en el INILSyT- UNAF. Actualmente, lleva a cabo el proyecto sobre análisis de sistemas alimentarios de comunidades indígenas de la provincia de Formosa, utilizando el Modelo Ecológico de Nutrición y Alimentación.
