A lo largo de mi formación, he adquirido experiencia en diversas técnicas en inmunología y la biología celular. Además, a partir del uso de manipulación genética, he desarrollado cepas mutantes en genes de virulencia de bacterias patógenas. También, adquirí la habilidad de realizar técnicas moleculares estándares como extracción de ADN, ARN y proteínas de bacterias patógenas y no patógenas, en el uso de microscopía confocal y en infección de cultivo de células entre otros. Por otro lado, adquirí experiencia en el diseño experimental de ensayos vacunales como así también en la manipulación de animales de experimentación y en el trabajo en sectores de seguridad biológicas de nivel 2 y nivel 3. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
