Mi formación en investigación y docencia comienza en el 2007, desde donde he trabajado con: fermentadores in vitro, cultivos celulares (células Hep-2 e IPEC-J2) , cromatografia gaseosa para evaluación de ácidos grasos volátiles, cromatografía líquida de alta performance (HPLC)/masa masa para la determinación de antibióticos en diferentes matrices, HPLC con detector UV, espectrofotómetro para determinación de proteínas y disacaridasas y microscopía óptica. Actualmente me desempeño investigando alternativas naturales en la dieta de lechones que mejoren parámetros de la salud intestinal. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
