Trabajo en limnología, acuicultura, educación ambiental y promoción de la cultura científica, tanto en investigación como docencia, extensión, comunicación y gestión. Trabajo en limnología, acuicultura, educación ambiental y promoción de la cultura científica, tanto en investigación como docencia, extensión, comunicación y gestión. He realizado aportes al entendimiento del vínculo entre el pejerrey (Odontesthes bonariensis) y el zooplancton de ambientes acuáticos continentales, aportando al desarrollo de la acuicultura ecológica en jaulas flotantes. Mediante experimentos en lagunas y cavas evaluamos el rendimiento de este tipo de sistemas de producción desde una perspectiva socioecológica, forjando vínculos con clubes de pesca, estaciones de piscicultura y municipios, y profundizando el análisis cuali-cuantitativo del zooplancton y variables asociadas a la cría de peces. Desde la extensión abordamos diversas problemáticas ambientales en torno al agua, especialmente con comunidades asociadas a arroyos urbanos. Además, soy docente universitario de grado y postgrado, artista escénico y coordinador y/o gestor de diversos espacios de comunicación pública de la ciencia, sobre todo a través del humor, el teatro, y la relación entre artes y ciencias.
