Rolando Pringles was born in 1977. He received the Electrical Engineer degree and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of San Juan (UNSJ), Argentina, in 2003 and 2011, respectively. Since 2004 he has been an Assistant Professor and a Research at the Institute of Electrical Energy (IEE) in the Faculty of Engineering, UNSJ. Recently (2015) he has joined to CONICET as researcher at the CICyT. His research interests are expansion of transmission power system, methodol... Rolando Pringles was born in 1977. His research interests are expansion of transmission power system, methodologies for economical evaluation, power investment under uncertainty, real options valuation, reliability and risk management.
