Técnicas de biología molecular y bioquímicas: PCR, RT-PCR y Real Time-PCR (Equipos de Applied Biosystems 7500 y IQcycler BIO-RAD). Blue Native-PAGE (geles de poliacrilamida en condiciones nativas para análisis de grandes complejos proteicos), SDS-PAGE y Western blot. Síntesis de oligonucleótidos (sintetizador Beckman OLIGO1000 DNA Synthesizer). Manejo de espectrofluorímetros (HITACHI F-2000 y NOVOstar, BMG Labtech). Microscopía confocal. Transformación de bacterias, purificación de plásmidos (mini, midi y maxi preparaciones), clonado y expresión de proteínas en células de mamíferos y en bacterias. Purificación por cromatografía de FPLC. Técnica de ARN de interferencia mediante la transfección de plásmidos sh-RNAi (shot hairpin-RNAi) y selección de líneas celulares estables. Differential display.Técnicas de cultivo celular: Cultivo de diferentes líneas celulares de mamíferos, entre ellas Caco-2, T84, HT-29, S9, IB3-1, C38, CFDE e Hibridomas.
