En mi desenvolvimiento como ayudante alumno de la Cátedra de Botánica General he aprendido y desarrollado las siguientes habilidades y técnicas:-Recolección de material vegetal a campo-Herborización de material fresco-Manejo de base de datos de herbario-Manejo de base de datos bibliográfica-Técnicas convencionales de anatomía vegetal-Inclusión en parafina-Preparación de muestras histológicas-Cortes de material vegetal manuales, con micrótomo rotativo y micrótomo de congelación-Pruebas microhistoquímicas (tinciones)-Preparación y manipulación de reactivos-Observación con miscorscopía óptica y captura de fotografías digitales -Análisis e interpretación de imágenes digitales de secciones histológicas Las he aplicado en mi práctica habitual durante el dictado de clases y además en una beca de iniciación en investigación y en mi pasantía profesional, cuyos temas eran referidos al campo de la botánica, química y agronomía. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
