La experticia en mi desarrollo profesional se enfoca en la gestión jurídica ambiental, especialmente en el campo marino ambiental. Utilizo las técnicas del análisis documental, análisis legislativo tomando en cuenta indicadores elaborados por otras ciencias (por ejemplo, biología marina y economía), análisis jurisprudencial, la hermenéutica jurídica, el método comparativo de normas, el estudio de casos, el trabajo de campo mediante entrevistas a informantes claves.Los campos en que se aplica mi experticia son la energía (hidrocarburos y mareomotriz), la defensa y seguridad, los recursos hídricos (cuencas oceánicas, contaminación y saneamiento), los recursos naturales renovables y no renovables, el desarrollo sostenible, el ordenamiento territorial y los sistemas de transporte (transportes marítimos). Mis estudios de grado en la carrera de traductorado público de inglés, contribuyen al análisis de normas extranjeras y estudio científicos en idioma inglés, que abundan en el área en que me desempeño, así como en la presentación de las investigaciones en foros internacionales. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
