En mi desarrolo profesional me especialicé en Bioarqueología, en el estudio de restos óseos humanos, análisis que resultan útiles para el conocimiento del estilo de vida de los pueblos prehispánicos. En forma interdisciplinaria participo en estudios moleculares como el ADN y los isótopos estables. En forma paralela se trabajó con las practicas mortuorias de quebrada de Humahuaca y valles calchaquíes complementando la informacion de los estudios biorarqueologicos.
