Mi especialidad incluye la síntesis de polímeros mediante la polimerización de radicales libres en medios disperso, la caracterización de polímeros, y el modelado matemático, optimización y control de reactores de polimerización para los procesos dispersos y en solución. Especificamente, mi especialidad se relaciona con la síntesis y caracterización de polímeros producidos por polimerizaciones en solución, emulsión o miniemulsión para alguna de las siguientes aplicaciones: a) hidrogeles, nanogeles y nanocápsulas para sistemas de liberacion controlada; b) partículas nanoestructuradas dispersas en agua para plásticos de ingeniería; c) nanopartículas híbridas biopolímero / polímero y polímero / polímero para adhesivos, recubrimientos y aplicaciones biomédicas; y e) resinas acrílicas con microestructura molecular controlada para la industria cerámica. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
