Durante estos años he adquirido experiencia en diferentes técnicas. Así, he sido entrenada en el manejo de modelos experimentales murinos. Asimismo, he aprendido la técnica de ELISA para la deteccion de anticuerpos IgE contra leche en muestras de suero. Más aún, fui entrenada para determinar citoquinas por la técnica de ELISA. Por otro lado, aprendí a realizer extraccion de ARN y obtención de ADNc mediante RT-PCR así como a cuantificar la expresion de genes por Real-Time qPCR. Por otro lado, recibí los lineamientos teóricos para el análisis de poblaciones celulares por citometria de flujo, así como para la observación microscópica de muestras histológicas con tincion Hematoxilina & Eosina. También adquirí entrenamiento en Dot Blot, Western Blot, Inmunohistoquimica e Inmunofluorescencia. Además, adquirí experinencia y entrenamiento en el Análisis de datos experimentales. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
