Aislamiento y purificación de ácidos nucléicos, amplificación por PCR y retrotranscripción, clonación,sobre-expresión de proteínas en sistemas homólogos y heterólogos. Aislamiento y crecimiento estéril de microorganismos; experiencia en el cultivo in vitro de tejidos vegetales.
