Mi investigación se centra en el desarrollo e implementación de metodologías para la elaboración de diagnósticos energéticos retrospectivos, de línea de base y prospectivos, en diversas escalas; los cuales son de utilidad para la construcción de escenarios urbano-energéticos de oferta y demanda. En ambas instancias se hace foco en el sector residencial, pero también en otros sectores con edificios energo-intensivos como salud, educación, etc. Se enfatiza en el análisis de los efectos de corto, mediano y largo plazo generados por la implementación de políticas de promoción de energías renovables (ER) y eficiencia energética (EE); como así también por la modificación de esquemas de costos, tarifas y subsidios (CTyS). Se evalua el impacto de estas medidas en los patrones de uso, así como en las condiciones ambientales, económicas, sociales y habitacionales, incluyendo la problemática de la pobreza energética (PE) y otros aspectos relevantes. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
