Me dedico a estudiar las bases biológicas de la memoria en mamíferos. Las preguntas tienen que ver con los mecanismos moleculares de la persistencia de la memoria, el olvido, el control de la evocación y el establecimiento de los límites entre un recuerdo y otro. Para responder esas preguntas utilizo técnicas comportamentales y farmacología combinadas con técnicas bioquímicas y microscopía.
