Tesis doctoral en virus respiratorios. Experiencia en procesamiento de muestras biológicas (sangre, respiratorias, suero, plasma, materia fecal) para detección de virus MPVh y SARS-CoV-2 (Inmunofluorescencia, PCR/RT-PCR). Aislamiento viral in vitro, cuantificación y expresión de proteínas (Sybr Green qPCR), técnica de neutralización y producción de proteínas. Preparación de materiales y soluciones para cultivo celular, manipulación de líneas celulares. WB; IF para marcar estructuras celulares y proteínas virales. Microscopía óptica y de epifluorecencia (obtención de imágenes), manejo de programas bioinformáticos, estadísticos y procesamiento de imágenes: MEGA, BioEdit, PhyML, JModel test, Dendroscope, Graph Pad, InfoStat, Adobe Photoshop e Illustrator, ImageJ (FiJi), Inkscape.
