Actualmente me desarrollo en la generación de experimentos de epistasis génica para ahondar las interacciones génicas de interés. Para confirmar la upregulación o downregulación de los genes de interés hago uso de PCR cuantitativas (RT-qPCR). Por otro lado, también hago uso de rutina de PCR a tiempo final en caso de necesitarlo.Para analizar los efectos en el desarrollo de un gen esencial, genero líneas recombinantes y hago el uso de curvas de supervivencias en larvas 3 de Drosophila melanogaster para estudiar el fenotipo en el desarrollo. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
