La línea de investigación en la que me formo es el análisis contrastivo entre el inglés y el español, mayormente desde un punto de vista descriptivo y teórico, pero también con proyecciones aplicadas a la enseñanza del inglés como lengua extranjera. Más específicamente, me centro en los contrastes en torno a los léxicos y las propiedades gramaticales de ambas lenguas. En mi investigación doctoral el foco estará puesto en los verbos pseudocopulativos, con atención a los contrastes semánticos y estructurales entre las dos lenguas. Asimismo, la investigación tiene una arista aplicada debido a sus implicancias para la enseñanza de inglés como lengua extranjera, área en la que también me desempeño como docente en el nivel medio y superior. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
