Desde el 2021 formo parte del Laboratorio de Fototransducción de Señales en Plantas, primero como tesinista y actualmente como doctoranda. Adquirí gran experiencia y conocimiento en microscopía (epifluorescencia, confocal, DSU, técnicas de superresolución, de contraste) y análisis de imágenes con su análisis estadístico correspondiente, particularmente en plantas pero aplica a todos los campos. Técnicas que domino: análisis bioinformático de secuencias de proteínas, generación de líneas transgénicas estables, cruzamientos, estudio de fenotipos, y técnicas moleculares como: extracción de ADN vegetal, PCR, miniprep, digestiones enzimáticas, preparación de bacterias competentes, ensayos con reporteros transcripcionales (GUS). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
